Infidelidad, deseo de infidelidad e inteligencia sexual en el sureste de México

The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between infidelity and sexual intelligence, for which a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a correlational scope was lost, the Multidimensional Inventory of infidelity was applied (Palencia, Aragón, Loving, 2007) and the Coefficient of Sexual Intelligence (Millan, Álvarez-Gayou and Pérez, 2012) to a non-probabilistic sample made up of 1212 people. It was found that more than 50% of the participants reported having had unfaithful behaviors in their real relationship, without significant differences between men and women (p> 0.05). Men showed greater desire for sexual and emotional infidelity compared to women, while the latter showed greater sexual intelligence compared to men (p <0.05). No statistically significant relationships were found between infidelity and sexual intelligence
