ESTILOS PARA EDUCAR
Abstract
El presente texto aborda los cuatro “Estilos” que dispone un docente para influir sobre los comportamientos de sus alumnos, acorde a observaciones e investigaciones realizadas durante 25 años.
Cada una de las caracterizaciones corresponde al proceso de comunicación docente-alumno: cómo se comunican, al margen del contenido o cuál asignatura sea dictada.
A partir del trabajo, se distinguen y desarrollan cuatro formas posibles adecuadas para dirigirse a un alumno:
1. Conductor 2. Protector 3. Racional 4. Creativo
